• Have a Heart for Community featuring Ryan Dowd

On March 25^th, come see Ryan Dowd, author of The Librarians Guide to Homelessness, who will lead a six-hour training from his Homelessness Training Institute. 
 
He will focus on how to compassionately, confidently, and effectively address problematic behavior from patrons experiencing homelessness, mental illness, addiction or trauma.
 
Ryan’s training is designed for:

• anyone else who is impacted by homelessness
