    Job Description

    This position is responsible for basic office duties including, but not limited to, greeting the public, providing superior customer service, processing registrations and reservations, filing, data entry, and information referrals.  This position involves an above average amount of customer contact, in person, by phone, and via email.  This position is under the direct supervision of the Administrative Specialist– Parks & Recreation.  Assigned duties are at the discretion of the Parks & Recreation Director.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED. • One (1) year clerical and/or receptionist experience preferred. • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. • A valid Washington State driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the City’s insurance carrier. • A valid CPR/First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within six (6) months of employment.
