    MOUNT VERNON -- EDASC is asking all businesses located in Skagit County to complete a 10-minute COVID-19 economic impact survey.

    Responses will be used to inform the Skagit County Economic Recovery Strategic Plan, a countywide playbook guiding economic renewal in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The deadline to complete the survey is Friday. For the full announcement, click here.
