Finding skilled workers in today’s economy can be a challenge, which is why the Economic Development Alliance of Skagit County (EDASC) and WorkSource are partnering to bring the NW Regional Job Fair to the Northwest Career & Technical Academy in Mount Vernon on Sept. 18.
The job fair takes place from 3-5:30 p.m., with military veterans receiving priority access from 3-3:30 p.m.
To attract diverse talent pools, the event is shared through social media, government channels, educational institutions, nonprofit networks and more. Our events draw job seekers from all education and experience levels, and last spring’s job fair had more than 100 job seekers come through the doors. The event is free for job seekers.
Reservations for recruiting booths are limited to the first 50 businesses, and the booths will fill up quickly. The cost is $100 for businesses and nonprofits.
Reserve your booth here or contact Hilary Parker at hilary@skagit.org or 360-336-6114 ext. 106.
