    Board Member Spotlight: Amber Soria of Soria Real Estate

    Amber Soria is a positive, high energy, results driven professional. Her work ethic, integrity, thoroughness, & total commitment to the Real Estate Industry ensure her Clients achieve their Ultimate Real Estate Goals.

    Amber served as the Local President of North Puget Sound Association of Realtors®. She has also served as a Director, Current & Past Chair of Multiple Committees, Treasurer, & a Dedicated Committee Member at Our Local Realtor® Board. She has Won the Realtor® Gold Award of Excellence, every year since her Real Estate Firm was opened in 2012.

    On a State Level for WA Realtors®, Amber is a graduate of Washington Realtors® Leadership Academy, currently serving as an RPAC Trustee & has passionately participated on numerous Committees & Presidential Advisory Groups.
    Amber holds many Professional Designations; Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), & Resort & Second Home Specialist (RSPS). In addition, her strong negotiation skills, ability to communicate effectively & extensive Real Estate Market knowledge provide her the ability to overcome obstacles. Her track record of excellence stems from meticulous detail & follow-through & a creative approach to problem solving. Following her dream, & now Co-Owning a culture rich, boutique Real Estate Firm that harbors success & superior customer service.

    In her time away from the office, Amber can be found traveling to exotic locales, walking her beloved chocolate lab Otis & going on adventures with her husband & business partner. Giving back to the community is a priority to Amber. She is an Ambassador & Board Member for the Burlington Chamber of Commerce & has been a key part of many Non-Profit Organizations.

    Member Spotlight: SICBA Home and Garden Show

    Prime booth spots are available to purchase at the 40th Annual Skagit and Island Counties Association (SICBA) Home & Garden Show! If you are a business owner looking to get your company seen by thousands of ready-to-buy customers, this is the event for you! Come support your local community and show local buyers in the Skagit and Island Counties what you are offering to this area. The 40th Annual SICBA Home & Garden Show will take place March 27th, 28th & 29th at the Skagit County Fairgrounds. Spread out between 6 buildings and acres of outdoor space, this is Skagit, Island and San Juan Island Counties’ largest and only Home & Garden Show. This show draws over 4,000 people from Skagit, Island, San Juan, Whatcom and North Snohomish Counties.

    SICBA will have an anniversary wall at the fairgrounds celebrating the home show’s 40th year. For only 100 dollars, your company’s logo could be seen by 4,000 people at the SICBA Home & Garden Show. We still have sponsorship slots available to purchase for the 40th Anniversary Wall.

    For vendors, there is no other place you can invest marketing dollars and get in front of thousands of your prime consumers with face to face interaction. For attendees, this is the best place to find everything for your new home, remodel, garden etc!     Ambassador Spotlight: Julie Judy of Optavia

    As a certified Habits of Health Lifestyle Coach with OPTAVIA, I have helped thousands of people enhance all areas of their life based on what truly matters most to them- healthy body, healthy mind, healthy finances, stress management and improving sleep habits whether they want to start with weight loss or nutritional intervention we have a program for everyone. What a relief to have a plan!

    We focus on small, doable lifestyle changes that are so subtle that you can easily incorporate them into your everyday life. You’ll also find we have a community of support and accountability to utilize in your life long journey.

    I was a professional “dieter” my whole life until I came across OPTAVIA in August 2009.

    This program changed my overall well-being forever. It helped me not only create healthy mind and body, but healthy finances by choosing to pay it forward,helping others do the same. I found the fulfillment and accountability I was looking for in Coaching and my services are complimentary with our program!!!

    My husband Mike and I have been married 20 years. He is self-employed and enjoys coaching with me as well. He has benefitted from Optavia and enjoyed optimal health as well.

    We live on Samish Island, have 4 kids and 4 grandkids, between us (& Melvin the cat) . All the kids live in the area and we are blessed to see them regularly- usually for Sunday dinners. Mike and my passions include family, boating and travel. One of my favorite parts about being self-employed is the ability to work remote by smart phone or anywhere we have Wi-Fi.

    I’ve been an ambassador for a few years now & consider the Burlington chamber like family. I also enjoy being a part of the Jean Thompson Guild to benefit uncompensated care for Children’s Hospital. This Guild is close to my heart because my granddaughter Zoie, continues to be treated there.

    We deliver extraordinary results and I serve to better mankind.
