• Museum January Closure

    December 17, 2021
Skagit County Historical Museum will be closed to the public beginning January 1st.  We will reopen February 11th with our new featured exhibit ‘1968:  The Year That Rocked Washington’.

During the closure we will be doing some much needed building maintenance – painting the East Wing Gallery and recarpeting the lobby and East Wing.  We so appreciate the vision of those who came before us who set up investment accounts!  Revenue from these accounts have provided much-needed income for the Museum through the years – and will be funding this maintenance project.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support us as we preserve and present the history of Skagit County!
Don’t forget – the Hugo Helmer exhibit closes December 31st at 4 PM!
The Museum is located at 501 S. 4th Street, at the top of the hill in La Conner. Open Fri – Sun 11 AM to 4 PM  Admission: Adults $5, Seniors $4, Families $10. For more information call 360.466.3365 or visit www.skagitcounty.net/museum
