MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: RUTH EHRHARDT OF R&B BOOKKEEPING SERVICES LLC
R & B Bookkeeping Services LLC
“Comprehensive Bookkeeping with Integrity”
What is “comprehensive bookkeeping”?
Complete, including all elements or aspects of bookkeeping.
We are committed to meeting all of your needs in bookkeeping so you will be able to promote and perform your business. We will adapt to your needs, you don’t have to adapt to ours. There is no job too small, we will meet with you to discuss your needs at no charge to you for the first meeting. “No job too small” could mean that you just may need to understand how to correct an entry in QuickBooks, or we can correct it for you so you can continue doing you own bookkeeping. We are here to help.
We also offer full-service bookkeeping:
•Accounts payable, which includes management of your vendors and payable responsibilities.
•Accounts receivables, which includes management of your clients and/or customers that you provide products and services for.
•Bank and credit card reconciliations.
•Payroll with full service online cloud-based payroll.
•Financial reports, which includes providing monthly reports, so you are always aware of the financial health of your company.
•B & O, and sales tax report filing.
As small business owners, we are very aware of all the challenges involved in being an entrepreneur in the State of Washington. We have owned and operated a retail store, a General Contracting Business, and a Bookkeeping business. Being self-employed and managing all the responsibilities of running a business and keeping up with the bookkeeping can be overwhelming when you don’t seem to have enough hours in the day to be “all things to all people”.
We will partner with you to achieve your business goals for success.
