    Kids learn basic outdoor skills while enhancing their self-confidence. How energy transfers from one plant or animal to another… what to do when caught in disastrous weather… what to do when faced with a wild animal… bird identification… how to create a water filter from basic materials… and many more essential skills.     Friday, December 28 | 9 AM - 4 PM

    All the basic skills needed to be a great babysitter! Topics include: age characteristics of children, behavior management, general infant and toddler care, play ideas, safety issues what to do in emergency situations. Also: information on finding sitting jobs and how to work with parents to ensure success.     Good news, no gym membership necessary. This higher intensity class tones, builds muscle and kicks up your metabolism by alternating strength and cardio intervals. Maximize calorie burn during and after your workout. Instructor: Amy Cheadle, YogaFit Level 1 & ACE-Group-Fit-certified. Register here by January 4, min. needed one week ahead to run the class.

    Using Jack Canfield’s Success Principles to help you get from where you are to where you want to be. Increase confidence, offer techniques to overcome roadblocks and achieve new levels of emotional freedom, happiness, and success.     Beginner Line Dancing

    A low-impact way to exercise both your mind and body. Learn a pattern of choreographed steps performed to a variety of music styles as dancers line up in rows without partners.
