To assist employers with employee retention, recruitment, and productivity, EDASC is offering a NO-COST pilot program providing mental health and wellbeing services to employees of businesses with 50 or fewer employees. The program will last one year.
The program is funded through ARPA funds awarded by Skagit County and its commissioners.
The program, deployed through a phone and computer app called Nivati, includes:
• Six free hours of one-on-one virtual counseling with licensed professionals for each of your employees
• Access to an extensive video-on-demand library on wellness topics like yoga, fitness, nutrition, sleep, and finance
• Employee utilization reporting and analytics
To be eligible to participate, your business must be located in Skagit County and employ 50 or fewer.
Signups will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. The pilot program will cover 500 total employees. Click here to sign up. After completing the signup form, an EDASC employee will contact you to sign up your employees.
EDASC will launch the pilot program after it completes signups. A webinar will be hosted to introduce you and your employees to the Nivati app, and answer questions.
