Instructor, Jan Hodgman notes, “The basis of meditation is bringing our awareness to what’s right here in the moment, just as it is. It’s quite simple to be satisfied. All we need to do is to connect with what is here right now and see that we don’t need anything more than what is already available to us. Jan Hodgman MA, has meditated for more than 50 years and spent eight years in a Zen monastery in Japan.
