Teams inspired by a shared vision can create cultures where there is clarity of direction, that foster a greater sense of responsibility and collaboration, and provide for a healthy work culture. Beyond just writing a vision statement or mission statement, what does it truly take to have, lead and organizationally live with a clear view toward the future?
Join with Denny Organ for the October NextExec class and explore vision development, communication, and a dialog around finding the ‘true north’ for your organization or team. Denny will share the story and evolution toward a shared vision of a local Skagit County company, highlighting both the challenges and benefits of one organization’s journey.
