• YMCA Healthy Kids Day - Mount Vernon

The return of in-person Healthy Kids Day to the Skagit Valley Family YMCA is on Saturday, April 29th from 11:00am-2:00pm! Children and families will have the opportunity to learn about the importance of healthy eating, nutrition and physical activity, mental and emotional well-being, and developing healthy habits. Fun events, games, activities, healthy snacks, prizes, community vendor booths are on tap for this year’s event.


To ensure that all participants have adequate opportunities to participate in the activities and so that we don’t exceed our building capacity, we ask that you pre-register for a 1-hour block of time in which you attend. Walk-ins will also be welcomed, but we encourage you to pre-register.
