The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County serves youth ages 30 months to 18 years of age. Members who attend one day a week, attend school 36% more often than their peers, and those who attend two days a week or more, attend school 55% more often than their peers. Thanks to strong partnerships with the Anacortes, Burlington-Edison, Concrete, Mount Vernon, and Sedro-Woolley School Districts, the organization is able to provide academic case management services, and ensure students are not only on-time to graduate, but do so with a solid plan for full-time employment, military service, or, enrollment in trade schools, colleges, or universities.
