Specializing in the non-profit, government, and behavioral health fields, I assist organizations in becoming more people focused and data-driven and integrate their accreditation, strategic planning, and quality improvement efforts into daily operations. Thus, streamlining work, reducing waste, and even reducing burnout.

I will work with you to maximize the benefits, expanding the use of what you already have, while minimizing duplicated work. We will work with you to align not only your accreditation, strategic planning, and quality improvement efforts, but to align your organization in a way that minimizes silos, promotes fluid communication and teamwork, and creates sustainable scalable processes.
