    Burlington – The Port of Skagit recently hired a new professional for its administrative team.  Linda Tyler is the Port’s new Community Outreach Administrator.     Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County’s Youth of the Year Dinner will be held on Wednesday, January 30th at 6:30pm at Eaglemont (4800 Eaglemont Drive. Mount Vernon, Washington 98274).  Being named Youth of the Year is highest honor a Club member can achieve.
