Located in Historic Downtown Burlington, the Burlington–Skagit County Regional Byway & Visitor Information Center serves as a welcoming destination for visitors exploring Skagit Valley and the Pacific Northwest.

Conveniently located near Interstate 5 and State Route 20, the center connects travelers to scenic byways, local events, outdoor recreation, dining, shopping, and regional attractions throughout Northwest Washington.

Designed to reflect the charm of Burlington’s original train station, the center is home to visitor resources, tourism information, and the Burlington Chamber of Commerce.

About the Byway Center

Originally opened to the public in 2012, the Burlington–Skagit County Regional Byway & Visitor Information Center was created to provide travelers and community members with a central place for regional information and visitor services.

The center features:

  • Visitor and tourism information
  • Regional brochures and maps
  • Community event resources
  • Historic displays
  • Burlington Chamber of Commerce offices
  • Public gathering and community spaces

The surrounding Railroad Park area includes public seating, landscaped grounds, and an outdoor amphitheater space used for community events throughout the year.
