Burlington Chamber Strategic Plan Update
August 2026 – Strategic Plan Finalized & Approved
Following months of community input, member feedback, strategic planning, and Board collaboration, the Burlington Chamber of Commerce has finalized and approved its 2026-2029 Strategic Plan.
The plan establishes four strategic focus areas that will guide the Chamber’s work: Advocacy Influence, Business Connectivity, Downtown Vitality, and Workforce Sustainability. Each area includes defined initiatives and measurable key results designed to turn our shared vision into strategic action.
With the plan now approved, the Chamber is moving into implementation through a thoughtful, phased approach led by the Board of Directors, leadership, staff, volunteers, and community partners.
